Who we are
Little Melodies is a service of Sense of Wonder, operated by SOW ENTERTAIMENT LLC, 1201 N Market St Suite 111, Wilmington, DE 19801, United States. Contact: followyour@senseofwonder.tv.
Online availability of your files
Download your song and save it to enjoy whenever you like. Your final files will be available on our platform for 90 days after final delivery and closure of revisions. Questionnaire answers and production inputs are deleted 30 days after that same moment.
About the service
Little Melodies creates personalized children's songs from the information submitted by a parent, guardian or another adult authorized to share it. Requests and account management are intended for adults, not children.
Requests and payments
Check your answers before submitting. The final price and currency are displayed at checkout, and payment is processed by Stripe. Submission alone does not authorize a charge. Keep your payment receipt and contact support if a payment or order status seems incorrect.
Delivery and feedback
The paid-song offer is delivery within 24 hours after payment, as a downloadable MP3 with personalized cover art. Your purchase includes one free revision. A paid upload opens 72 hours to request modifications in My Songs. Without a modification request the song completes automatically at the deadline; comments alone do not prevent completion. Requested modifications remain pending for the studio. Completion starts the existing 30/90-day retention periods. Contact the studio about later revisions.
Sharing and submitted material
You may download and share your delivered MP3 wherever you like. These terms do not claim an exclusive copyright transfer. Only submit material and personal information you are authorized to use. Do not upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content. Consider the child's privacy before sharing songs, images or lyrics publicly.
Cancellation, refunds and your rights
Contact support about cancellation, a delivery issue or a refund, including the email used for the order. We do not publish a blanket no-refund rule or a fixed cancellation deadline here. Nothing on this page excludes mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

Information you share
We use your name, email, optional phone number, request answers, and any images, comments or voice notes you provide. Song answers may include a child's name, age, interests and family details. Share only what is needed for the song and what you have permission to share.
Why we use it
We use these details to manage your account, create and deliver your song, process your order, respond to messages and protect access. Payment status and checkout references help us connect payment to the correct request. Public page/button counters record fixed identifiers and timestamps without account details or submitted answers. Questionnaire progress records only an anonymous attempt, question counts and stage. Sensitive pages do not collect page/button events. Hosting-provided measurement remains under review.
Private family access
Song files, covers and voice notes are stored privately and access is restricted to the authorized family and studio. Email ownership must be confirmed for email-based account linking. A typed phone number is not proof of ownership. Sharing a downloaded file yourself makes it accessible to the people you share it with.
Service providers
Lovable Cloud supports accounts, data and file storage. Stripe processes payments; do not send payment card details to support. AI services may process request details or prompts when the studio uses song-concept, lyric-direction or cover-generation tools. If WhatsApp is enabled and you choose to use it, WhatsApp (Meta) processes those messages under their own terms.
Provider details and policies
Lovable Cloud uses Supabase for account, database and private-file services (https://lovable.dev/privacy and https://supabase.com/privacy). The studio's concept and cover tools send selected song details to OpenAI models through Lovable's AI gateway (https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy/); model names do not establish data retention or training exclusions. Stripe receives checkout, billing and payment information (https://stripe.com/privacy). Optional WhatsApp messages pass through WhatsApp/Meta (https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy). Admins may import Suno demo links (https://suno.com/privacy). Additional tools used manually to produce music are not established by this website's configuration.
Retention and deletion
Both periods start when your song has been finally delivered and revisions are closed; payments, visits, plays and downloads do not extend them. Your questionnaire answers and other production inputs (including voice notes, demos and earlier versions) are deleted 30 days later. Your final song, lyrics and cover stay available to download for 90 days, then are removed from our platform. Unsent forms are not saved. Copies you downloaded remain on your devices. You can ask for earlier deletion at followyour@senseofwonder.tv; we may need to verify your identity, and some payment records may be kept where required. Requests moved to the studio's trash are permanently removed after seven days. Unpaid orders that have not started production follow the separate retention setting selected by the studio; this is not the completed-song 30/90-day clock. Other unfinished orders need a separate agreed closure policy. Deletion from backups and third-party providers (such as Stripe receipts) follows their own cycles and is not immediate.

Email followyour@senseofwonder.tv to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information, or to raise a privacy concern. Use your account email; we may need to verify ownership before disclosing or changing private information. Applicable data-protection rights remain unaffected.
